  • You're wrong to be sinical. Being cynical would be much more appropriate.

    Whooooshhh!!!! :rotfl:
  • Thank you all for the responses.
For those guessing yes it is Npower and the various issues have been going on for over 9 years. Isigned up to them agreeing to pay the same amount I was paying my previous supplier (and was never in debt). I received my first bill from Npower after 5 months which stated I was in debt by over £1k
After various phone calls to which they were saying it was correct I eventually admitted defeat and agreed a fixed payment plan to which they have time and again either took to much or non at all.
The last agreement should of finished this month. But due to there incompetence I have had to agree to another fixed agreement that will last another 24 months this was agreed in June and they still haven't took any money.
I am at wits end with them I have called at least 15-20 times since October to try to sort this out.
The last call I made was the straw that has broke the camels back. To be told that the complaint has been closed due to the fact I contacted them by phone????
I work 12-14 hours a day which include Saturdays so don't have the time to sit trying to contact this absolute waste of space and totally Incompetent Company.
In my opinion they should have there licence revoked.
Thanks for ready and apologies for the rant😉😉

ok so they billed you within an allowed time, set the dd too low so it built a debt. part from that a gesture of goodwill payment £100 I would say max
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
