    hi quick question,
my peppers are a decent size to pick and id like to pick them in order to try and encourage more to grow. but i would also like them to turn from green to red, do they need to be left on the plant for this to happen?

If they are a dark glossy green they are ready for picking (cut off plant with a knife to protect the plant). The peppers will gradually turn green over 2 to 4 weeks! Nb you can free them - wash, quarter, blanch and dry, then freeze!!
I'm mad!!!! :rotfl::jand celebrating everyday every year!!!
