You have not got a fine.

No you shouldn't pay it - the NEWBIES thread explains it all.

If you live in Scotland and are the registered keeper then you should ignore anything and everything. You are bomb proof as long as you don't contact the PPC, ever.

This is all explained in the NEWBIES thread.

... and it is not a fine.

The Newbies thread mentions Scotland, and as it's a sticky 'info thread' it IS up to date. You have no 'keeper liability' and no appeals service worth trying in Scotland - so DO NOT APPEAL TELLING THEM WHO WAS DRIVING!

If you want to know more, why not search the forum and bore yourself silly reading all the other threads we get every week asking the same question as if it's something new...

Just put 'Scotland' into 'search this forum' above the sticky threads on page one of this forum. You can get back there now by clicking 'GO' next to FORUM JUMP on the right of this page. 'Search this forum' is on the right in a line just above that Newbies stickly thread you missed. Put Scotland into the search and read some threads.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
