To buy a phone at a cost of £657 is ridiculous, but fair enough if you can just dig into your pocket and pay for it.
To buy a phone at a cost of £657 when you haven't got the money available to pay for it is stupidity in the extreme."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -

I have paid it but to perfect homes. it wasn't as if I'd not been paying them. my argument now with them is the amount extra they're charging me when it should of been taken off when I got my own insurance.0 -
I once went into one of those stores when I moved into my house to look at buying new items. I didn't really know about the concept and when I enquired about the price, the shop assistant kept telling me I had to pass a credit check. I told her I wanted to pay upfront and kept trying to ask how much it was. She kept telling me the price per week and the conversation was going round in circles, to which I then replied "I think I am in the wrong type of shop".
I always walk past in disgust :rotfl:0 -
HI i am new to all of this & really need some advice.
I have a few items from Perfect homes that i have had since October 2013. I have always paid on time never been late with any of my payments until recently dues to Christmas.
I have got about 3 weeks behind with my payments due to Christmas, i contacted the store & tried on several occasions to make smaller payments to make sure i was paying something on the account, but the store refused to accept any smaller payments & demanded that i pay the outstanding balance in full or nothing at all.
I then informed them that i would be unable to do that until 7th January which is this Wednesday coming.
I have around 6 phone calls each day every day from them demanding payment.
They have stated that they have the legal right to attend my property & remove the goods from my house whether i open the door or not. I know this can not be true but it is what they are saying.
They then state that they will attend my property & stand outside letting all my neighbors know that i do not pay my bills etc. It all seems so childish & pathetic.
I have never refused to pay my account but i simply could not pay it all in full & they refuse to give anything they refuse to help.
Please could someone tell me if they have the right to entry my home? Remove my goods without a court order? Shout on my front door etc?
Any advice anyone can give would be most appreciated.
Many Thanks0 -
I do hope Christmas was worth it."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0

Start preparing for it now so it doesn't jump out by surprise next time around.0 -

They're bluffing.
And it's extremely unlikely they'll send anyone out to discuss the debt with you before Wednesday.0 -
A quick tip for your calander, Christmas is already booked for December 25th this year.
Start preparing for it now so it doesn't jump out by surprise next time around .
