Are Perfect Homes one of those Brighthouse-style companies? What an utter rip-off. The sooner people stop using them, the better.

There's plenty of idiots keeping them in business. If you had no morals it could be an awesome business opportunity.

So surely if my agreement states total amount payable is £657.60 and Ive paid so far in excess of £800 I shouldn't be paying anything else on it. wouldn't they owe me.
Getting aside from the fact that using these companies is daft in the extreme, your figures certainly indicate that something's not right. Have you ever missed any payments? Have you tried calling them to ask them about it?

You say the agreement was re-written months ago, when did you first notice you were still paying £12 per week?

Never missed any payment. Ive another 3 items from them and yes I know I'm thick as thick to have even entertained them but its done now. I sure won't be using ever again. I only noticed when I got the statement through tbh the staff always said the £4.44 cover had been taken off but obviously not.

If the agreement was rewritten and you have a copy then you should be chasing them for a refund

You will be best to put it in writing, they are bound to give you nothing but flannel. In fact, probably refuse to discuss it but tell you to take it up with head office.

We can guess you are quite young, we all hope our youngsters never do something like this but for goodness sake stear well clear of any credit agremeents. spend what you have, save up forw hat you want but can't afford.

Wow. What a ridiculous price to pay for a new phone, and that's coming from someone with an Iphone 6.

OP, don't buy things you can't afford. You might impress your mates with your new phone, but you'll suffer for it in the long run.

How much was your iphone 6?

you forgot which ID you were using to post on which thread.

Brighthouse and Perfect Home getting mixed up..

You seem to either have an addiction to these idiot box shops or have an axe to grind.

Best remember who you are when posting in future...:D

Does it matter which one I posted as. I was referring to this perfect homes account. yes I have brighthouse but my concern was this one in particular.

You know I came here for advice not to be ridiculed by you. I've made mistakes getting involved in these 2 shops but nothing I can do now. I have learnt and won't ever buy from them again once paid off.
