HSBC Credit Card direct debits - minimum payment or full balance?

Hi,

I recently applied for the HSBC Credit Card (12 months @ 0% on purchases) and have received the credit agreement to sign. A direct debit form is supplied, but it's not clear whether I'd be requesting to have the full balance cleared each month, or just the minimum payment. Obviously, being a tart, I've no interest in clearing the whole balance. I had an M&S &More card previously and I'm sure their direct debit form had tick boxes to choose between the two options.

Anyone experienced this? I'm guessing it's going to be minimum payments, given that they've no incentive to encourage me to clear my balance.

Cheers,
Simon.
