British Gas - Boiler and Radiator Cover - Looking to Change

What is the law that has come into place recently that forbids them to cover the boiler? (Just in case it applies to me and my cover too, so I am not paying them for nothing)

I have no idea........I just let the lady talk and talk and then I said, so you will be refunding my monthly payments since boiler went in, she put me on hold and came back and told me it was only recently. By that time, I just wanted rid of them to to be honest. Phone and ask though.......it's worth a call.

I don't think I have ever had a call out that cost me £400.


Just paid a guy £100 for two small jobs at two different locations, including Congestion Charge. About two and a half hours, including driving time.
