A company appellant should also say no keeper liability, as mentioned before.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So, I have not yet had an decision on this appeal from POPLA as they have adjourned the case in light of the Beavis judgement and say that it will be adjourned for 21 days in order for either party to make representations based on the outcome of that case.
Now, this was a 2 hour free car park, how would you proceed in light of the Beavis judgement? Or is it too soon to tell until we see other POPLA decisions post Beavis?
Any help much appreciated! I am just about to send some rebuttals to their evidence pack to beef up my appeal
Thanks0 -

I have asked for it to be adjourned in light of the outcome of the case in the supreme court but have had no acknowledgment yet.
In the meantime have received a new evidence pack from UKPC which contains a new section regarding the outcome of the Beavis case.
Any suggestions?0 -
