I bought a Xbox one on Friday at GAME for the Black Friday deals.
I spent 2 and a half hours trying to make it onto the payment screen and when I got on after all the freezing and tirelessly waiting. I had put the delivery address as the billing adress. I didn't see any sort of page for the billing address and I didn't realise that I had entered the wrong information until the following day when I checked my emails and saw one mentioning that the order had been cancelled and when I went back on the website the deal had ended
Does anyone think if I give them the delivery number and the order confirmation details they could order the same Xbox one bundle again for me?

I presume you didnt finalise the payment so the order confirmation maybe useless. You didnt finalise the order.
Delivery address and billing address being different could be the reason. I know some companies wont allow this until you have used them several times and they know its not a cloned or stolen card.
I maybe wrong but i think you missed out. You needed to finalise it all before the deal ended.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
