Hi Please see the attached PCN to the keeper I''ve received sent exactly 26 days after the issue of the ticket. I'm assuming it's the result of ANPR as no ticket has been seen. SUCCESS............................

Thank you all for your help and comments. I have today received from the BPA a response indicating that First Parking have investigated and found that they did not allow enough time for the appeal to be received before escalating to debt recovery (DRP). They have identified an IT problem which has now been rectified !!!!!!!!

They have now cancelled the PCN and there is nothing to pay!! and instructed DRP to cancel proceedings.
