my local asda will also take up to 10% of the bill in coupons ( you don't have to buy the item as long as they sell it) - and they accept internet printed ones too.

i put the money i have saved in copons each week onto my asda savings card. this way i can see how much i have saved in coupons over the year and it is completely 'free' money.

plus i pay for it all on my cash back credit card........

Hmmm, but say you put it on 3 cards, thats over £400. Unless you spend it quite quickly they have your money and although you've got 4% back your money isn't getting any interest after that. Mind you I suppose as long as you spend it within 4-6 months thats not a bad return.

Morrisons have a similar scheme, same bonuses I think.

I usually buy £2 in stamps on top of my weekly shop so by xmas I have £100 give or take.
