hello all,
As we enter December, my 12 month contract is up for renewal with TalkTalk.
Currently I have landline and broadband which includes:
VLR
half price essentials for 12 months
£2.00 discount for 12 months
inclusive: local/national calls in the evening/weekend inclusive
local calls in the day inclusive (legacy package)
international landline/mobile calls inclusive
500 international minutes for three months inclusive.
I dont want the tv, however I am considering fiber broadband, as my skype is rubbish on the current broadband.
any suggestions, retention deals had?

Just curious, did you renegotiate with Talk Talk, and if so, feel like sharing?.....
IME I find so many differentials with TT negotiation team and it becomes more of a 'who blinks first' situation with them..:shocked:0 -
Yes I did renegotiate with TalkTalk. I have more than happy with my current package, so did not want to change anything. I am also happy with what i pay right now, so I negiateed with the same discounts as follows:
half price broadband for 12 months
£2.00 loyalty discount for 12 months
free international call boost for 12 months
free 500 Global minute boost for 3 months
free local calls in the day (legacy package)
on the down side I did have to agree to a 18 month contract, but it is not the end of the world, as I intend to take out a new contract when all of the discounts expire.
TalkTalk did try hard to get me to take there television package on, but i am simply not interested. I did have to call several times before I got what i want.Trinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!0
