Autonet Insurance Canellation please help

I have just spent 2 hours on the phone to this terrible Company/ I wish i had googled and seen the bad reviews before i went with them. i am now £76 lighter for paying to detach myself from them and very upset. First time ive ever cried on the phone i just couldnt take any more. They are nothing but theives do not insure with them. they cancelled my policy also for missing my email which was clearly in my sent items and i screen shot it to them they still wouldnt budge. I cant afford this, so unhappy and upset. Feel sick!
