Hi, I have two agreements with them. one is for a hoover at £4.20 per wk according to their website but I'm paying £6 per wk how is this? I'm also paying for a ps4 at £10.
I know they stopped taking in house insurance and said it was not needed anymore. why is this also.

Check your credit agreement with them - it will have a complete breakdown of what you've purchased/are paying them for.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
£6/week for a hover? Bl00dy hell our last one cost £40 refurbished about a year ago and still going strong with good suction.
Read your agreement or ask them though, they'll know exactly why0 -
