Brighthouse quest

Options
Hi, I have two agreements with them. one is for a hoover at £4.20 per wk according to their website but I'm paying £6 per wk how is this? I'm also paying for a ps4 at £10.

I know they stopped taking in house insurance and said it was not needed anymore. why is this also.

Maybe when you took out your agreement for the vacuum cleaner, the price was £6 per week.
Perhaps if you were to take out a vacuum cleaner agreement now, the price is only £4.20.

It is impossible for anyone except Brighthouse to answer your questions.

You will need to ask them.

Check your credit agreement with them - it will have a complete breakdown of what you've purchased/are paying them for.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride

£6/week for a hover? Bl00dy hell our last one cost £40 refurbished about a year ago and still going strong with good suction.

Read your agreement or ask them though, they'll know exactly why

The scary part is it will be over 2 years, that's over 600 quid for a cheap hoover.

I wish people would think before giving theses leeches their money.
