I want to refund part of postage for multiple purchases - will it lead to a defect?
The buyer hasn't asked for it but if I send the multiple items in one package, it will be cheaper so I want to refund the buyer for postage.

Yep, I did it just the other day for a buyer who paid the postage fee, but I hand delivered it, and the other week for a buyer who I missed out part of their order - I wanted to give a goodwiill refund.0
