Not for the first time i have tried to use the call me back facility on the website, but all slots are booked for the next week this happens every week.
They have never sorted my refund of my wasted day waiting for an engineer, its logged but nowt in over 10 weeks!
Now to top it all my monthly DD is going up by 30% despite being nearly £300 in credit.
