Organising digital music

Hi there. Help needed! I have digital music on my computer in one folder (mp3's which I have downloaded from various sites etc) which I access through Windows Media Player. I also have Amazon Music for all the songs I have purchased from Amazon which I access through Amazon Music. The Amazon songs are stored in a different folder on my computer. But I also have a copy of all the mp's in Amazon cloud drive (which is my online backup solution)
What's the best way to get everything in one place so that I can organise everything and play through Windows music player and then sync with my mobile phone which also has some music on a SD card. Getting very confusing!

I keep an alphabetical list of folders (eg, A, B, C, etc) and in each folder is a second folder with the artist/band name, and inside those folders I then have a folder named after the album title with the relevant tracks contained therein.Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car

Thanks. In Media Player files appear duplicated as well. What's the easiest way of de-duplicating the files?0
