I updated malawarebytes t'other day and now it wants to load each tome W7 starts up!
I've looked in CCleaner - start up and it's not in there
I've looked in msconfig - it's not in there
Within the MAB program (which needs windows permission to start up manually!!!) the box saying 'start with Windows' is un-ticked.
Any suggestions?????

Check for a shortcut in your startup folder.
I can't remember what it is in W7, but in XP it's Start(on the taskbar)>All Programs>Startup.
In W7 "start" is just a windows icon and navigating to program folders is (IMO) less intuitive.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

End the free trial of pro version perhaps.

^^
I can't stand that new interface, it actually now looks more like malware itself.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
