Credit Report Address problem (Equifax & Experian)

Hi all, i would be grateful if someone can point me in the right direction here. i have accounts with Equifax and Experian, both were showing my incorrect (old) address, and missing information on my credit card, which is registered to my current address, and showing that im not currently registered on there electoral roll for my current address.

I have called Equifax to have my address changed, and it is now showing correctly on my new report. But, its showing red for electoral roll as its saying im not registered for this address, and also isnt showing my credit card. i called Equifax back to ask about the credit card, and they said i must contact Lloyds bank to have this information sent through, Lloyds say that this is done automatically and Equifax should have this information already..

so.. i'm at a bit of a loss here as to what to do, i have changed my address on Experian also but waiting on the new report to pick up my change of address.

Does anyone have any advise on this please?

    Hi Osmorgan,

We are currently in the period of the annual canvas, which will be published in December and updated on your Experian credit report by January 1st. So if you have only recently registered at your new address we would not expect the electoral roll information to appear yet, but it will be updated automatically once we have the new registers.

When you move address you will need to update the address on your CreditExpert profile to see any information in your name at the new address.

If you have updated your profile and still think information is missing contact us and we will be able to investigate for you.

    kind regards
    Neil
