Scottish Electric leaves a woman in lurch
Today a neighbour asked me for my help to sort her prepayment key out, it had been stolen in the shop, she has literaly just moved in yesterday, she now has NO electric. I rang Scottish power all afternoon continually being cut off and ignored, eventually they gave her a code to get a new key, the new key gives error D2 when inserted, I rang them again to be told I would be put through to the correct department to sort it out, they promised not to cut me off until they spoke to me, they did exactly that and this woman and child now have NO electricity, SHAME on you Scottish power, an apology and told by the emergency number that she will have to wait until monday to sort this out or get electric leaving her no heating or anything is unforgiveable. Let alone the lies and broken promises today on the multiple phone calls.
