Let them switch you and show your disgust by switching that account to one that offers you £100 to £150 just for switching.
I think I typed "switch" too many times but you get the idea.0 -

So basically an automated system has selected the accounts that are eligible for and offered you an account that is better.
In fact, your complaint would be more valid if they did not do this and you lost out financially.0
