Kitchen tap loose - how to tighten.

Its a mixer tap that swivels but I cant see how to tighten it up properly.
Its swivelled so much its now at an angle. I can just about reach with my fingers a nut but its a deep belfast type sink and I can only just reach.
No way of getting spanner in there. Any sort of tool to help me here?
Like I said I can reach but not tighten enough with fingers...

That's what I use, engineer first and plumber 2nd:D:DI like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
