We have had the whole house fitted out with safe style windows, doors ect and so far we are reasonable pleased with the product and the service.
But why do they keep calling to see if you are pleased and would you like some more, now it does not Matter how many times I tell them "all done nothing else left" they still keep bugging us with these phone calls.
I have actually rang their customer service and explained all this, I have been categorically assured that we are now on the do not call list, even promised that NO MORE calls will be made but we still get at least one call every month or so.
If there any Safestyle management reading these forums ? Please call off your muppets.

Send them a formal letter stating that you wish to be removed from their mailing lists and will consider any further communications as harassment.

Should they continue to waste your time by calling them, you will send them an invoice for it, at a minimum of £10 per call, and their calling you again for any reason whatsoever will be classed as legally binding acceptance of these terms, and their agreement to pay in full.

Send it recorded, then start emailing them invoices if they call again.

why not invite them round, say a Sunday teatime?
sure they'll get fed up of sending reps round,
then again, they'll probably say your existing windows are sub-standard and needs replacing!
