H&L Vantage ISA

Hi, I've just bought one of these ISAs and chosen a couple of funds. I would just like to ask what people's opinion is of H&L and I have a few specific questions. How easy is it to change which funds you are invested in and are there any costs or implications of doing so like going futher into your ISA allowence? and how will this affect the loyality scheme? How does the loyality bonuses work anyway? Also how easy it to cancel a pending order on a fund? one of the funds is a UK fund and have seen the markets fall quite significantly today I think it might be a good idea to cancel my order and wait a week or so to somehow gather if this is the start of a wider trend or just a daily fluctuation (of course i'm aware that stocks are long term investments). I think I'll have to phone first thing in the morning to do this.
Thanks in advance for any responses
