Care taking service

I have been looking for a care taking service, to take care of my grand mom during the time when I’m out for my job. She is really old and she needs a help. I live with my grandmother and its quite impossible for me to quit my job because I’m at the turning point of my career. I’m in search of a very good care-taking service that can help me solve this problem. But when I had asked my neighbors they have been of the opinion that some might not be trustworthy and some charge really high. I browsed and I found about the c-care health service in Toronto. I went through their website and I found it to be genuine. Has anyone got their service before. Please do give suggestions regarding this. Thanks!
