24 inch monitor

Need to purchase a 24" Monitor.Recommendations appreciated.

    Get an IPS monitor as a minimum.

    You haven't specified what you want to use the monitor for: Photoshop? Gaming? Bigger space for browsing?
    Or even if you simply want brand recommendations, or to be within a price range?

    Depending on your projected use, then you have different choices of the type of monitor and how expensive they are.

    I do a lot of gaming, therefore I chose to go with iiyama 24" monitors with good blacks and a very good refresh rate.
    For editing video or photographs then you might want to go for the IPS type monitor as suggested by NiftyDigits.

    I think that you might mean Response Time. The stated figures for both are acceptable. But as likely you know, stated figures aren't the full story.
