Energy saving club

I joined energy saving club and arranged a switch - gas and electric - I should get cashback after three to six months but then my gas switch was declined. I complained to British Gas and they agreed to switch my gas also so the switch is going ahead. In the meantime the energy saving club have sent me an email saying my switch was not successful. Will I still get my cashback and if not how do I address this?
