I have been trying to log on for days now and when I put in all of my details it gets to the security number input and instead of showing numbers it just has small asterisks. I can log on via the app on my phone but not online. Has anyone got any advice, anyone having the same issue?

Haven't come across that specific problem, but have always found them very helpful when I ring them, so suggest you try that.0

And what's the problem?I have been trying to log on for days now and when I put in all of my details it gets to the security number input and instead of showing numbers it just has small asterisks.
It's common for banking websites to replace the passwords with asterisks on the screen to prevent this information being overlooked by other people. Just enter the digits and ignore the asterisks that replace them. If you do this, but still can't login, then the problem is with the information you enter.0 -

I've logged in perfectly fine the little * as you point out is to mask the number so that anyone watching cant see what number you put it.
In the boxes where the * appears just put the correct number it asks for and voila it will work.Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:0 -
I get this on my iPad but not my Computer. I just have to remember to count from 0 as the first * not start at 1. This only happened when I updated my iPad. Was weird at first.Paddle No 21 :wave:0

What are you talking about?GibbsRule_No3 wrote: »I get this on my iPad but not my Computer. I just have to remember to count from 0 as the first * not start at 1.
At Coop you have to enter only 2 selected digits from the number - one at a time.
EDIT: I see now what you meant.0 -
Thanks for all the replies. The numbers don't turn to * when I select them, all of the numbers in the drop down list are * so I can't see what number I'm selecting. Gibbs rule - I have just updated my I-pad so could be the same issue as you had. Will try selecting the corresponding * and see if I can log on then.House renovation savings £25,000/£25,000

When you enter the first digit, press ok or next and the second drop down box should then display numbers instead of *.0

Try a different browser, I've had this problem in the past with Chrome0
