livingsocial lack of customer service
I have posted this in the wrong place, first time and completely wrong, please forgive this mistake.
Under no circumstances should anyone buy a gift for a friend or third party from a sham american company called livingsocial, if (when) things go awry they do not want to know.
It seems they have no customer services in the U.K. and I have just been speaking to a lady in the USA regarding an unfulfilled order from an associate company called Printmyphotoltd.
I had already sent a couple of emails to both companies but the american lady then informed me this was a waste of time because Livingsocial do not accept this type of communication and can now only be contacted in the USA by phone. Printmyphotoltd seemingly are non-contactable by any method at all.
All I wanted was for Livingsocial to contact their associate company Printmyphotoltd to try to find a solution to this missing order but apparantly the Data Protection Act prevents them from doing this.
I repeat, give a gift through livingsocial at your peril.

yep, your right. Thought I was replying to another post but I seem to have got it completely wrong and posted in the wrong place. Still learning and hoping to get it right the next time. As far as living social is concerned, simply that the money has been taken but nothing received from their associate company Printmyphotoltd and both companies very difficult to communicate with.0
