Now it's half term I'm back on it, stupidly listed just before going back to work and then didn't go on ebay and forgot to post items out whoops! Going to save this task for holiday times now so I can keep on top of it, Happy selling all!
Another two items sold yesterday so thats another £15 into the car account.
Its hard to tell what sells most on ebay takingcontrolatlast. the year before last I sold pretty much my whole wardrobe (went down to a capsule wardrobe) I sold shoes, bags, coats, all types of clothes etc, and everything sold eventually.
Just list the stuff for the minimum you will accept and see what happens

Thanks 32b3in2013, do you think its worth selling clothes on ebay or ive been told about the places where you taking bin bags of clothes and get paid by the kg? - Have you tried this at all?

Hiya, I haven't tried them, but I have heard of them. Why not try to sell the stuff on eBay first as I think you would probably earn more money, and then if they don't sell, go down this route?
I have listed another 5 items today after a massive clear out (over 70 items of clothing removed from my wardrobe). I only have a couple more I can sell for free the month so I will have to wait until next weekend to list some more. One of today's listings already has a bid
I've had a pile of things to list on eBay for most of last year, but I'm really struggling for the motivation! I think I'm just overwhelmed at the task since I always put so much effort into the listings (I'm terrified of misrepresenting something!).
I spent most of last year waiting for the free listing weekends only to list less than 20 items so I could have just used my normal allowance anyway...
Planning to take advantage of the free listings this weekend. Aiming to get at least 10 done this evening and then spread the other 20 over the rest of the month...

5 of the items I listed last weekend sold on Sunday so another £145 earned and paid into my car account.
I re listed all of the non-sellers.

the 5 listings I did last Saturday are ending today. 2 have bids, the others have a few watchers.
I will list some more tomorrow as the new listing month starts again.
How is everyone else doing?

Wish me luck!
Once you have listed a few, you will get used to it.
Another 3 of my items sold today. I have listed another one too. I have found 4 bags that I need to list too, so they can join the pile
