European car insurance
About to renew my car insurance with Direct Line (still more expensive than Halifax despite haggling), although I get 3 days full cover in europe I still have to pay about another £30 for the rest of teh trip. Does anyone know if it is possible to get single trip european cover as a standalone with another provider?

So why are you renewing with them? I get 60 days cover in mine.0

You may be able to get Temp/ Day insurance that covers you but it will almost certainly be much more than £30 and will duplicate the Third Party section.0
