uKash - Poor customer Service

Since I signed up to uKash service I have not had any thing but hassle.:mad::mad::mad:
1. Getting the MasterCard USD took two weeks. After two long phone calls plus the helpline telling me it was not available?

2. Trying to top up the master card has been near impossible as I so far have only managed to top up with a £20 voucher code and then you charged me $5 fee whilst your promise “We won’t charge you any fees to get or spend a Ukash code" I then bought a £200 voucher via becharge only to find that we could not use it after going thru all the security checks to enable this. We were then told that it was now possible to try again but your system then told me it had failed only to then tell me it had completed, so now I am not sure where I stand.
3. I setup debit card to top up the MasterCard and this has still not worked and still awaiting feedback as to why?

I am going on holiday on Monday 1st December and have found your service to be far below par I would expect from a finance company.

    Perhaps you should send your complaint to uKash rather than posting on here.
  • I tried to have their travel prepaid card and their online system connection with CRA was offline and it decided that I was committing ID fraud! The suspended my account and when I called the contact center they couldn't help as they don't have the power to override any glitch in their system.
