Eon not received MSE energy application help

Hi I applied for dual fuel with EON through the MSE big switch winter event on the 3rd NOV and have heard nothing. I called EON this morning to ask EON about the status of my application and they haven't received it yet. After I applied MSE said that I should receive a welcome pack after 7 days and should be all completed after 4 weeks. Is this delay normal? Who can I speak toon MSE to check that the application has been sent?

Really sorry for the delay sending you details of the E.ON MSE Fixed 1 Year Collective Switch tariff. Demand has been greater than expected and the need to deal with applications manually has also slowed us down.

Thanks for the reply Malc, I do understand that the offer was popular but I applied for it on the 03/11/14, so over three weeks ago. Can you check if you have my application? And how much longer are waiting times now?

As MSE Dan L says above. Applications can't be seen by our advisors until they've been logged on to our system. As this is being done manually by a particular team, the advisor you spoke to may not have been able to see the details.
I'll be happy to see what's happening if you drop an email to the address in my Profile with your details. Can't promise too much initially as I've similar access to the advisor you spoke to but I'll ferret around to see what I can find out.
