looking at a tablet for the o/h and am totally con fussed !:p
her choice samsung galaxy s 10.5 is nice at a nice price 400:eek:
Galaxy TabPRO 10.1 Wi-Fi 299 is ther much difference,
anythinf as good but a little cheaper?

I think from the description that the more expensive one is 4G but the cheaper one is wireless only.

NB-I don't even have a tablet but it's on my wish list.

I'm sure others who know a lot more than me will be along soon.

You may be asking the wrong questins, not what does she want, but what does she want to do?


The 4G allows you to put a SIM card in (and yes you need to have a data contract or PAYG SIM) to surf anywhere you have a mobile signal, however if its always going to be used at home then its a little excessive to buy the 4G

no 4G is not really needed,,just trying to get the most powerful one i can ,+ 10" and a decent make so it last 3-4 yrs.
also looking at ipads just under 10"
mostly email.fb,streaming and books.

I have a sony xperia Z2 and love it!


It cost £369 and has a higher spec than the Ipad Air - not sure about the comparison with the Samsung though.


There is a website somewhere where you can compare tablets side by side and gives a verdict on which is better, can't remember the name of it though
