Both of them took place in the Friends Life Tour Ride:

^ That link you've put is the Tour of Britain - not the Friends Life tour ride, which is an event specifically linked to Cavendish. Don't think Wiggins was in that (albeit I only watched the ToB).

Wiggins and Cavendish both won stages of the 2013 race - the time trial Wiggins won is considered one of the stages.

Tour of Britain is one of my fave events - although got somewhat distracted with Marcel Kittel's thighs this year
