listening to archived radio on samsung S5

i wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction. there is a certain radio program i like to listen to on BBC Three Counties Radio (JVS show 11-12pm consumer hour if you are interested!!). unfortunately i cannot be near a radio when it is broadcast, but via their web site i could listen later in the day in my car, except now i can't!!
used to listen on an iphone 5 no problem (have checked, this still works), but my new phone samsung s5 just will not play this, it just gets stuck on the first sound of the broadcast and that's it - nothing.
unfortunately i cannot download this program from iplayer as it isn't on there.
tune in radio app plays but only live, again no good as i can't listen live.
does anybody have a solution / advice on this at all please.
