    The rules contradict
    No 13. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.

    No 19.The winner must be a UK resident and the delivery address must be within the UK.

    But in case they argue that its to be collected, they seem to be based in Ealing
    63 mortgage payments to go.

    I can see the form, but I can't type in the boxes. I've tried Chrome and IE, but neither works :(
