The child tax credits I receive have gone up to an extra £6 on top of what I receive.
This is because when they sent my amended award it stated I work 8 hours instead of 9 hours 15 minutes. I phoned them last week and informed them.
Do I need to inform income support, housing and council tax and carer's about this new amount?
Many thanks

I'm on a low payment of income support at £2.38 fortnightly because I'm claim carer's and also work 9 hours 15 mins a week. Would that make sense?0

What were your payments and what are they now?
First of all sorry, I got the figure wrong.
My payments were £176 a week but I had an overpayment today of £167 because of the change in my working hours. I've just contacted tax credits and they informed me that my next normal weekly payment will be £166.
Do I need to contact any of the benefits I receive about the overpayment?
Thank you0
