Had a baf experince eith wren kitchens took 3 weeks for them to get back to me after waiting for there reply had a bill for £360? By builder due to wrong size cabinates they admited they were wrong took 2 weeks to deliver! Offered yo psy £75 as compensation. Had yo agree. I sm noe £285 out of povket ehere do i go from here . Where is the £285 from?

Did you accept the offer? If so, this will be end of the matter as it's in full and final.

If not, it may be worth sending a copy (keeping the original) of the invoice from the builder to sort.

Firstly, please try and type slower if you can't type quickly. Reading that message was a nightmare of typos.

Was the £360 bill for them having to order a second lot of cabinets? If so, then I'd push for more. If that's just the price of the cabinets, then I'd accept the £75 for inconvenience and move on.
