So decided to take out the MSE EE deal of Broadband & Telephone line, arranged to move and on the 20th they changed me over.
So I get a call today survey thing asking how it all went, anyways he checked details and told me the phone number and I was like hang on thats not my number. So I phoned their customer services to find out whats going on and it seems that my number was changed when it moved over on the 20th, well I was gobsmaked tbh, they hadn't informed me and it was only because I phoned that they then put in a request to Sky for my number which could take 5 days.
I am totally dumb founded tbh, they seemed totally blase about the whole thing.
Due to their lack of service I would like to cancel and go back to Sky, is this possible could this be termed as breech of contract?

Hi discountmummy
Sorry to hear you had this issue with your service. Have you switched your Broadband now, or would you like me to put customer services in contact with you to sort this issue?
Thanks
