Anyone used this Supafix stuff?
Hi guys,
My mate has been using Supafix and Q-bond and swears by it but just wanted to see if anyone else has used it?
Is it any good?
I can't think its as good as both videos make out!

I have a few repairs to do on my faring and indicator bracket but a little unsure what with leave the best repair.
Looked at JB weld too!
Thanks
Tommy

superglue by another name , look at http://www.shop4glue.com/ for similar and cheaper products0

Baking soda works well as a filler for superglue.0

Take a look at Gorilla glue.
I use their gaffa tape, makes you sweat trying to pull it off the roll, you need clean dry hands.0 -
If your repairing GRP, you need an acrylic based epoxy, the regular stuff will not do the job.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

That's expensive and it doesn't really say what it is or what it bonds.
For that price I buy 50ml bottles of Everbuild superglue, it's industrial strength, bonds almost anything (but prefers fingers) and has a shear strength of 20Nmm2.
But as I said above, for GRP you want acrylic. Basically the stuff they use on boats.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
