One holiday will be given away each day between 1 December 2014 and 24 December 2014, and three holidays will be given away to one lucky winner on 26 December 2014. I got the same error but then used the link from their Facebook page and got to the code generator - strange the link looks the same

If two people share the same computer and you both want to generate a unique code - you may have to clear jet2 cookies to fill in the form the second time. Not sure if the same will happen when inputting the code from 1st December onwards.
