Eligibility:

1. Entrants must be 18 or over and must be able to attend the premiere as stated in below description of the prize.
2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

1. . Each Prize includes the following:

• Return UK mainland train travel to London (1st – 2nd December)
• Return transfers from station of arrival to hotel (1st – 2nd December)
• 1 nights’ accommodation in 4* Hotel- twin/double room (1st December)
• With breakfast
• Return transfers from the hotel to premiere location (1st December)
• Secure train ticket delivery
• 2 x Adult tickets to the premiere of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies on Monday 1st December.

The Prize will be subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below)

1. The following terms shall apply to the Prize (the “Prize Conditions”):

a) There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
b) Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.
c) Train travel available from UK Mainland stations to London
d) Room booking based on 2 adults sharing 1 twin or double room
e) A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel
f) Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable
g) Prize is subject to availability
h) Prize trip is valid for set travel dates of 1st to 2nd December 2014
i) All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended
j) Winner must be aged 18 or over


k) The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks (other than those specified), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas travel insurance and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.
