npower and governments £12 rebate
My last npower bill (estimate) was paid in full a couple of days after receiving it.
I have now received my latest bill PLUS an amended previous bill, they have cancelled the prevoius bill I had paid, upped the estimated reading and added an extra £20.39, then taken off the governments £12 rebate leaving me with a bill for £8.39.
The new bill I have just got has the revised estimate they put on the amended bill.
Still paying for the amount of energy used and at the same price but it just seems a strange and expensive way of doing it.
