Advice when offering on a house that is new to the market

most houses are bare canvas when you buy them and move in so carpets/decoration are a standard outlay in my opinion0

At the end of the day you have to do what's best for you
If you really want it and can see yourself living there for a long time what's £5k.... £30 a month
But if you are the type to want the best price can wait around etc you can chance your luck0 -
Go for it😄. I viewed a place the same day it came on to market, had a 2nd viewing in afternoon then made an offer...li knew it would get snapped up. It was a Friday and after a weekend of waiting offer accepted on Monday and was £5k under. Good luck.0

Thanks, we have booked another viewing at the weekend to have a fresh look.
Hubby likes another house we have seen for about 12k more. It is much smaller (75 sqm compared to 105 sqm in the one I like) but it is detached and has a bigger garden. Again it needs whole new decor and the bedrooms are quite small.
I do like the idea of a detached house but it is whether I want the space or the luxury of no adjoining houses...0
