We,ve been advised to leave any u opened bag of flour stored in a cupboard for a while in the freezer for 34 hours before opening. At least it kills all the wriggly creatures off. Not sure if they odo any harm if eaten dead but wouldn't fancy that even if qi was really hard up and needed to save the flour!7

I've had an email that my GP surgery will be in touch soon about me having the new RSV vaccination in due course, but not for DH as he is over 80. Nothing as yet for the flu vaccine but I understand they shouldn't be done at the same time so that will mean two appointments.
Credit balance on our energy account is £300+ at the moment but no doubt that will soon be eaten up over the winter months.Be kind to others and to yourself too.7 -

We found the sinex nasal spray essential for unblocking and helping us sleep, also decongestant tablets. Throat spray and or lozenges.
They're all in DS back to uni kit along with diarrhoea relief and rehydration sachets. He's a good 15 minute walk from the nearest pharmacy so was thinking of things that you would be ill with enough to stop you being able to make the journey . . .:eek::eek: LBM 11/05/2010 - WE DID IT - DMP of £62000 paid off in 7 years:jDFD April20176 -
