Came home to a parcel hanging outside my letterbox.

Absolutely ridiculous.

You should send that image to RM complaints.

As only 10% is actually delivered perhaps the sender should be asking for 90% of the charge back.

And before you complain to Royal Mail, check it was actually them at fault

Royal Mail are usually really good around here but the other day I came home to find a parcel left under my gas meter box in the front garden even though I have the return to office sticker! It's only a very small front garden and I live on a very busy main road, was really surprised it was still there. Pretty sure it wouldn't have been if horrors next door had seen it!!

Why did you edit out the picture? I see it's still where you originally posted it.

I was worried someone could get my address off the label. There are one or two strange people on this forum who like to cause trouble so I thought to be on the safe side it was probably best to remove the photo :)

Hermes did the same to me the other week, I had great difficulty getting it out of the letter box too.

I had a lovely Royal Mail delivery yesterday - the front and back halves of an envelope, completely separated from each other, in a clear plastic 'Our Sincere Apologies ... If anything is missing or the contents are damaged ...' envelope.

I think they'd need to be more than strange to get the address off that photo - they'd need super powers.
