Thanks everyone, some interesting formulae there(!) only thing is maths was never my strong point

I found this guide and so now trying to find out diagonal sizes but vendor reckons it should be ok as her frame is similar. Lets see though once I get measurements

Bear in mind that your front door is generally wider than your internal doors.

Also take into account if there are any turns of stair cases after your front door or near the door into your living room you may have problems
