You don't live in the cheapest part of the UK.
You could afford this one easily http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/35036069#58AgRtCWA4Tx1aTb.97 but you probably wouldn't want to live in Hull.
Here's one in Scotland http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/32683948#gA28HQy40ltmC4pl.970 -
I do not want sympathy, I asked for facts, ONLY, not value judgements, sarcasm and snidey inferences.
FACTS:
- Help to Buy is there to assist mortgages for buyers with low deposits
- You can't afford to buy this house from your capital
- You can afford to buy it with a mortgage but don't want to compromise your lifestyle
- If fag money had been put into savings then you'd easily be able to afford this0 -

This is cheaper - I win. Looks quite nice as well.
Here is land with planning permission - that would be a good alternative and it's a nice size plot and set well back from the road.
Try thinking outside the box about what you CAN do.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0
