I'm going to write to the bank, sending a copy of my letter and a copy of the recorded delivery and signature.
How should I go about the letter? As a complaint? Should I mention that I intend to get in contact with the FOS? Or am I better asking the bank what is going on?
And it sounds like you still are
Good luck!0 -

Can't you get in touch by telephone in the first instance? A letter is likely to take even more time..
I intend to write a letter to the bank, that way I will include a copy of my Royal Mail receipt and a copy of the tracking receipt with signature (I'm hoping that will show that I have at least recorded my actions)And it sounds like you still are
Good luck!

I really don't understand why you haven't already simply telephoned the Bank and asked them about this. Having documentary proof of having sent a letter of complaint won't help you if the Bank have simply rejected that complaint..Dougle2001 wrote: »I intend to write0
